La transmisión arranca desde la alfombra roja y luego la ceremonia, a partir de las 4:30 p.m. en Canal TNT de cable, y desde las 5:00 p.m. en Azteca 7 de tele abierta.
Las conductoras serán Amy Schumer, Wanda Sykes, y Regina Hall. Habrá presentaciones musicales de Billie Eilish y Finneas («No time to die», de la película de James Bond), Sebastián Yatra («Dos oruguitas», de Encanto), Beyoncé («Be alive», de King Richard), Becky G y Luis Fonsi con parte del cast de Encanto («We don’t talk about Bruno», que no está nominada pero ha sido un hitazo), entre otros.
